The whole Microcuts team is wishing you a happy new year 2007!
After existing for 7 years and a half, 2006 has been a really nice year which can be summed up with a few significant figures: 18 797 single visitors on July, 3rd — on the occasion of the release of the new album “Black Holes and Revelations” —, an average of 12 000 single visitors a day since May 2006, more than 8000 pictures available in the gallery, more than 30 terabytes of transfer a month, 13 gigabytes of data distributed over 6 servers… The site keeps on growing and changes along with the fame of Muse and this is not over. Some new features are planned for 2007, but above all we will not change what defines Microcuts, that is to say sober and regular news.
Even if we don’t always have the time to answer everyone, we would like to seize the opportunity to thank all the people who support and contribute to the site by sending pictures, news, scanned documents, recordings, or simply encouraging messages.
Finally a few words from the band:
End of the year. We would like to thank all those that came out to the shows and supported the bands record over 2006 and making it such a fantastic year. Each show is memorable and the enthusiasm and support from you all is really something out of this world. The reviews and pictures you continue to contribute to the tour section of the site are great, keep it strong into 2007. More dates to be annonced soon, we'll try and get to see as many people and places as we can. Thanks again. Have a great year.
