Muse new single 'Time Is Running Out' will be available on the 8th September 2003, and will come in three special formats; CD, DVD and 7" vinyl. The CD will contain 'Time is Running Out', 'The Groove', and the video for 'Stockholm Syndrome'. The DVD will have the 'Time Is Running Out' video, 'The Making Of The Video' and a photo gallery of the video shoot. The clear 7" vinyl will have 'Time Is Running out' and 'The Groove' as a b-side.

A new concert date has been added in Helsinki on 12/10. (the concert planned on 11/10 being sold out)
