Muse rejected the use of their recording of the song "Feeling Good" for the coffee advert as they did not want to be associated with it. Muse was unhappy that McCann-Erickson proceeded to air the advert, thus infringing their copyright and moral rights. Muse have settled this matter with McCann-Erickson and they will be forwarding the settlement money to worthy charities including Oxfam.
